Cancellation Policy

You are paying for my time and expertise. The service I provide is done before the phone call and the scheduled appointment is the presentation of the information. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made by phone call or email. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the session fee: Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to our scheduled appointment. You will be refunded 80% of your session fee. The 20% is for processing and administrative fees. Cancellations made after the 8-day grace period will not receive a refund. Rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once, or you forfeit the session fee. REFUNDS Sometimes a Soul does not give permission or want assistance to have a Soul Realignment. In this case, you will be refunded 80% of your Session fee.
