Cancelations and Refunds

You are paying for my time and expertise. The services, workshops, and programs I provide are prepared before the Zoom call/meeting, and the scheduled appointment is the presentation of the information.
 
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made by phone call or email.
 
Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the session fee. Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to our scheduled appointment.
 
You will be refunded 60% of your session fee. The 40% is for processing and administrative fees.
 
Cancellations made after the 8-day grace period will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once, or you forfeit the session fee.
 
REFUNDS
Sometimes a Soul does not give permission to have an Intuitive Reading. In this case, you will be refunded 50% of your Session fee.
