Cancellation Policy

You are paying for my time and expertise. The services, workshops, and programs I provide are prepared before the Zoom call/meeting. The scheduled appointment for the report on the service you are contracting for now will be done on a future date. The appointment you are scheduling now is for us to meet and for me to define the scope of our work together. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made by phone call or email. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the session fee: Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to our scheduled appointment. You will be refunded 60% of your session fee. The 40% is for processing and administrative fees. Cancellations made more than 8 days before our scheduled appointment will not receive a refund. Rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once, or you forfeit the session fee. REFUNDS Sometimes a Soul does not give permission to have an Intuitive Reading. In this case, you will be refunded 50% of your Session fee.
