Keep Negativity at Bay

It is easy to absorb negative energy; more than once, we do not notice how negativity is creeping over us, but as soon as things don’t go right, we despair!
Our choices and actions may bring more negativity and can lead us to a series of health and emotional discomfort.
How many times you are watching a show with disgusting scenes, or listening to music with lyrics that bring horrible ideas to your mind, and to top it off, the song stays in your mind and you go about your day repeating those words (With a melody!) over and over…, and then you have those social media discussions that lead you nowhere, except finding a good reason to NOT like a family member or friend!! Next step, you feel miserable, and don’t know why.
This feeling will lead you to other negative choices, and it becomes a never-ending cycle unless you decide to reverse the situation by being conscious of which external input brings you discomfort.
Do not insist on watching, listening, reading, or eating things that bother you; we are all different, and there may be some things that are highly toxic for you but not to other people around you.
Try to keep your surroundings clean and beautiful. It is not necessary to spend a lot of time or money to live in a clean and beautiful environment, and it is not very difficult to use something, clean it, and put it back in its place; it’s just a matter of getting used to doing it.
The benefit of being surrounded by a clean, beautiful environment is that energy flows freely, positively affecting you.
Enjoy life at its fullest!
